In a career spanning 35 years, Margaret Soden-Strus has firmly established herself as a leader in the areas of Governance, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Organizational Excellence, and 360 Organizational Assessment. She has, furthermore, honed a reputation as one of Canada’s foremost experts in the application of all International Excellence Models: Baldrige, National Quality Institute, and EFQMA.

Since establishing Strus & Associates in 1989 and Governance & Strategy Group in 2011, Margaret has provided Governance and Excellence consultation to a vast array of Private and Not-for-Profit sector organizations.
