Gail has made a difference at every level — local, provincial, national, and international; sharing her considerable skills in many areas. Gail understands the full spectrum of sport as she has been a National Team athlete, an Olympic Coach, sport administrator, and learning facilitator. Professionally, Gail’s career spans a number of important initiatives. Her expertise covers administration, financial management, partnership development and maintenance, communications, board development, coaching education and mentoring. Gail prefers to immerse herself in the process, working with others - be it problem analysis or solution finding and asking questions, always looking for fresh new ways that are not conventional or traditional.
