Psirens 2015 Calendar for Charity

For immediate release, Ottawa – The Psirens women's dragon boat team has decided to bare it all, with a few selectively placed paddles, for the Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation in the official Psirens 2015 calendar.

The calendar will be officially released on Sunday, January 18, 2015, starting at 5:00 p.m. at Sir John A Pub (284 Elgin Street). Come and buy a calendar, get autographs from local athletes and pose for pictures with the Psirens to raise additional funds for the Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation.

The $20 calendar can also be purchased at the Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation office or at www.psirens.ca/cal2015.

For every calendar purchased, net proceeds go to the Ottawa Dragon Boat Foundation in aid of local charities.

The Psirens’ intentions are threefold in offering you this calendar: to raise funds for a good cause, to promote fitness and sport, and to portray the confidence and optimism that run through the team. This calendar celebrates the spirit of the women who make up the Psirens, and the strong and confident competitors who make up the Ottawa dragon boat community.

May this calendar promote the beauty and strength of all athletes, regardless of age, size or shape! Sport is for all!
