On June 20 - 21, 2015 Kelowna will become host to the World’s Largest Street Hockey Tournament and Sports Festival.

Hockey Night in Canada’s Play On! features recreational and competitive street hockey divisions for boys, girls, men, and women of all ages and skill levels. Our unique brand of 4-on-4, outdoor street hockey held on Water Street, surrounding Prospera Place gives Kelowna the opportunity to show it’s love for the game of hockey!

We are on the lookout for volunteers and referees to assist with the planning, promotion, officiating and operation of Hockey Night in Canada’s Play On! event.

• Meals will be provided during your shift
• Hockey Night in Canada Play On! T-shirt provided
• Opportunity to gain experience, collect volunteer hours or a chance to network with other
volunteers and participants (career hours for high school graduates)

Benefits to being an official for Hockey Night in Canada’s Play On!
• Earn extra money ($7/game, games are 30 minutes long, spread out over 40 min intervals)
• Be a direct part of a growing and exciting community hockey event
