The 2nd annual Vancouver Rugby Festival is coming back in conjunction with the HSBC Canada Sevens Tournament, which will be returning to BC Place on March 11 & 12, 2017! Join in the fun and play some exciting rugby at the Vancouver Rugby Festival hosted by BC Rugby on Thursday March 9th and Friday March 10th, 2017.
