Calling all girls 5 to 12 years old. Join us for a morning of girl power! Includes: 500m or 2km run (distance of your choice), yoga / dance party, autographs, and inspirational chat with our Fast and Female Ambassadors.

WHEN: Sunday, May 28, 2016 from 9:00AM - 10:45AM

WHERE: Canmore Nordic Centre, 1988 Olympic Way, Canmore, AB T1W 2T6

WHO: Girls ages 5-12 years old

COST: $15 

  • Online registration closes Friday, May 26, 2017 @ 11:59pm. 
  • Day of event registration is $20 (if space is still available).

REGISTRATION INCLUDES: 

  • Fast and Female Poster
  • Rocky Mountain Soap Company samples

EVENT SCHEDULE:

  • 8:30 AM - Check-in / Registration (30 minutes prior to event)
  • 9:00 AM - Welcome to Fast and Female / Introduce Ambassadors / Group Photo
  • 9:15 AM - Girl's Run (Distance: 500m or 2km)
  • 9:45 AM - Yoga / Dance Session
  • 10:05 AM - Inspirational Chat with Fast and Female Ambassadors 
  • 10:25 AM - Autographs & Photos
  • 10:45 AM - Event Conclusion
