2019 Jeux du Canada Games

From February 15th - March 3rd 2019, the Canada Winter Games, Canada’s largest multi-sport and cultural event, will be hosted in Red Deer, Alberta and will be welcoming 3,600 athletes, managers, and coaches, as well as over 100,000 visitors and spectators. Canada’s most elite young athletes will be competing for gold in 19 sports across 14 different venues in central Alberta, fostering an unmissable experience that will create legacies for many years to come.
The 2019 Games’ 52° North Music + Cultural Festival, presented by ATB and ATCO, is also not to be missed. The festival features over 80 acts over the course of 10 days (February 16th-March 1st, 2019), along with local artisans, food vendors, and sponsor activations. Located at the Gary. W Harris Celebration Plaza at 5205 48 Avenue in downtown Red Deer, this indoor/outdoor event is welcoming notable performers including Brett Kissel, the Red Deer Symphony Orchestra, Walk off the Earth, and many more, to their mainstage dome.
