At the End-of-Season successful coaches Evaluate program performance. A comprehensive program evaluation requires a review of coach, athlete, and program performance information. In addition to objective performance statistics, successful coaches seek feedback from other coaches, athletes, and athletic administrators. The End-of-Season phase is also the time to formally recognize athlete and team accomplishments and build on program strengths.
