The Canada 150 Row3Capitals Relay is a 500 km row between the three former capitals of Canada West -- Toronto, Kingston, and Ottawa -- from June 15 to July 2.  Scullers can row one of four sections, all Sections, or alternate days.  The Relay benefits the Foundation Fighting Blindness and some visually impaired scullers will take part in this first ever 'Sculling for Sight' event.  More information: www.adventurerowing.ca.
