Join 900 runners and walkers in this historic run.  Staged out of the YMCA which provides indoor registration, refreshments and awards.  Change rooms with showers for entrants.  A scenic and challenging course on downtown streets and paved waterfront trail.  A $3,000 cash purse attracts elite Canadian runners.  In 2018 three Canadian Olympians participated.
