November 20, 2019
Ringette Canada - The 2019 World Ringette Championships gets underway next Monday in Burnaby, BC. I wanted to touch base with some information on the event and in case you haven't already, encourage you to take a closer look at the athletes from your area as they compete in the highest level of play for our sport. Our Team Canada rosters (with hometowns) can be found here: junior: http://bit.ly/34VSeNs senior: http://bit.ly/2QpvOA2.
I will be onsite in Burnaby throughout the event and will be sending daily updates. If you do not wish to receive these updates, please let me know and I will remove you from my event update list. If you need something specific throughout the week (i.e., photos, interviews with athletes or coaches), please let me know and I will coordinate things for you. My cell is 902-308-1067.
The event starts on Monday, November 25 and runs till December 1. All games will be played at Bill Copeland Arena (3676 Kensington Avenue) in Burnaby.
