After a career of more than 20 years in communications and marketing followed by a dozen of years in charitable organization management, Mr. Drolet has gained a broad knowledge of philanthropy and fundraising. He has worked for Centraide du Grand Montréal (United Way), the Canadian Cancer Society and up until recently he lead Handicap International where he significantly increased  their institutional international emergency and development funding. He is now Director of Placements Sports with the objective of increasing and diversifying Sport Federations revenues through better understanding of fundraising techniques and of philanthropy in general. This program, funded by the Quebec provincial government, is managed by SPORTSQUÉBEC, responsible for the promotion of sport development in Quebec and encouraging participation through initiation, educational programs as well as the recognition of excellence.
